Content of Certification Training

The goal is to provide expert knowledge needed for competent understanding, presentation, interpretation, feedback and application of the CareerConcepts Model.

The certification entails:

1. Understanding the model and underlying research
2. Presenting the model
3. Interpreting profiles and results
4. Giving feedback on profiles
5. Using the DecisionDynamics web processing site
6. Training project - applying the model in a real situation

The first four steps are covered in two full days. The 6th step is intended to further develop the knowledge gained from steps 1 – 5. For example the trainee explains the design of a training program and provides feedback on the process and outcome.
