Jason Kay Consulting Psychologist (UK, South Africa), Dipl.-Psychologe (Germany)

Qualified as a psychologist (MA) in South Africa, Jason Kay has worked for more than twelve years in a variety of work settings in his home country, England and Germany. He works locally and internationally, mainly for multi-national organisations.

Most of Jason Kay’s work focuses on leadership and management development, development centres and customized training and application of the CareerConcepts model.

Jason Kay is authorized by Decision Dynamics (Stockholm, Sweden) to certify consultants to apply the CareerConcepts Model.

Jason Kay is a guest lecturer with the Systemic Training Institute (BIF) in Berlin, for their coaching program, and for the Institute of Management (MBA Program, Berlin). He is a founding member of the British Psychological Society’s Division of Coaching Psychology, and member of the German Psychological Association (Berufsverband Deutscher Psychologen), and their Organizational Psychology division.

He works in English and German.
