CareerConcepts Certification Training

Our certification training is available for you to apply the CareerConcepts Model in your work, to offer online assessments and provide personal profile feedback. Certification is offered to people with at least three years experience in training and providing feedback in development or assessment work.

The Certification training is available for:

• individual trainers/consultants - To use as a complementing tool in your training, consulting and coaching portfolio.
• in-house trainers - Members of your personnel development department can be certified in the model, to apply it in your in-house training programs.
• consulting/training companies – can make widespread use of the model in their training and development services, administering the online assessment from one central database.
